Former Liverpool trialist Jacob Njoku scored his second hattrick of the season as his loan side Beitar Tel Aviv Ramla thumped Hapoel Afula 5-2, in a second division league game in Israel.

Njoku went home with the match ball after scoring in the 24th, 45th and 48th minute of the seven goal thriller, which ended 5-2 in favour of his team.

The Nigerian grabbed his first hattrick of the season in a league cup game in September which ended 5-3 in favour of his team. In that same game prolific Nigerian forward Anthony Lokosa was also among the goals for Beitar Tel Aviv Ramla.

Lokosa is out injured at the moment, but he has been more consistent than Njoku for the second division Isreali side, who are presently third on the log standing.
