Former Super Eagles captain and coach Daniel Amokachi has cleared the air on his real birth date after receiving lots of happy birthday messages yesterday.
Amokachi who works in Finland as coach of second division side JS Hercules, who narrowly escaped relegation was thought to have been a year older yesterday, but the 43 year old took to twitter to correct those wishing him happy birthday.
“The Bull” like Amokachi is called during his playing days, wrote on his official twitter handle to set the record straight about his real date of birth.
” Many Thanks For The Birthday Wishes, but I only age once a year. And that’s on 30th of December” He wrote.

During his playing days, he played for Club Brugge in Belgium, Everton in England and Besiktas where he really blossomed before a failed stint in the MLS with Colorado Rapids.
