Head coach of the senior national team of Nigeria Eric Chelle has shown his ruthless side for the first time since taking over in February, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.
Super Eagles are in London for the Unity Cup friendly tournament which started yesterday with Jamaica beating Trinidad and Tobago 3-2. Nigeria will be up against Ghana later today.
Ahead of the game, Chelle whose team have had two training sessions has decided not to include any player who didn’t take part in the sessions, meaning the trio of Maduka Okoye, Amas Obasogie and Uche Chrisantus won’t be involved in today’s game.
Tolu Arokodare who came in yesterday and took part in the evening session will also start from the bench with Cyriel Dessers the favourite to lead the line against the Black Stars.
However all the three players mentioned above including Arokodare who is likely to start from the bench will be in line for a start against Jamaica or Trinidad and Tobago pending on the result against Ghana.
