The speculation surrounding the future of Ademola Lookman at Italian Serie A side Atalanta will be resolved before the close of the summer transfer window, OwnGoalNigeria.com understands.
Lookman who stole the show in the final of the Europa League with a hattrick which handed his side a 3-0 win over Bayer Leverkusen has been the subject of interest from teams around the world.
Atalanta confirmed that they have received an offer for him from a team in Saudi Arabia, but the player showed no interest in the offer and will prefer staying at the club , if he doesn’t get his dream move which is a return to England.
The offer from Saudi Arabia should have seen him earn five times his present pay, but he feels he still has unfinished business in Europe and also with the senior national team of Nigeria where he was the star of the last Africa Cup of Nations for the team.
