The Nigeria U-20 duo of Kingsley Michael and Orji Okonkwo have been offered to English Premiership giant Tottenham Hotspur, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.
Orji and Michael are presently mulling over an offer from Serie B side Spezia but latest reports gathered by Owngoalnigeria.com suggest the duo could be on their way to Spurs as their agent reportedly proposed them to the London outfit.
“We are waiting for their agent, the last time we spoke with him he told us he is waiting to hear from Spurs but up till now but we still have the offer from Spezia to consider” A source close to the duo told Owngoalnigeria.com.
The duo have stepped up from winning the Under-17 World cup with Nigeria in Chile a year ago to becoming established members of the Nigeria U-20s alongside the likes of Arsenal bound Kelechi Nwakali, Wolfsburg’s Victor Osimhen and Samuel Chukwueze who is close to joining Portuguese giants FC Porto.
