Abdullahi Shehu: Since he broke into the starting 11, Shehu has been a pillar at the heart of Uniao Madeira midfield, churning out great performances week-in-week-out, he capped it with a goal yesterday.
John Chibuike: Without mincing words, John Chibuike has been one of the best attacking midfielders in Turkey, creating goals and scoring his own fair share as well. Although his team lost but he was rated as one of the top performers against Busarspor . He capped it with 2 well taken goals.
Aminu Umar: He was a thorn in the flesh of Galatassaray’s defenders, his hard work paid off with 2 well taken goals and his dribbles were spot on to draw Gala’s defenders out to free Ndiaye but these were wasted on all occasions

Odion Ighalo: What else can we say? Arguably the most inform Nigerian striker in Europe at the moment, dishing out his trademark dribbles ‘’Ighalo-scoop’’ above all, he scored a good goal to be picked as last player in our team of the week.
