Coach is the senior national team of Nigeria Gernot Rohr says FC Porto left back Zaidu Sanusi will leave the club before the end of the summer transfer window.
Zaidu has been relegated to the role of fourth choice left back at the Portuguese side just a year after joining them from modest side Santa Clara.
Last season the Nigerian started as a regular but lost his spot before the end of the season. He started the first game of the season but since making a substitute appearance where his error almost cost his team if not for the intervention of VAR, he hasn’t gotten to play.
The club recently signed Brazilian left back Wendell from Bayern Leverkusen and last weekend in the 1-1 draw against Maritimo, Zaidu wasn’t listed in the match day squad.
