Coach Paul Aigbogun of the Nigeria U20 team will line up his wards in a 4-3-1-2 formation later today when they take on Qatar in their first game at the ongoing Poland 2019 U20 World Youth Championship.
As reported by Owngoalnigeria.com, the London trained coach of the Nigerian team has maintained the same back four that prosecuted the Africa U20 Cup of Nations bar Mikel Zarumma with Mohammed Zulkifilu taking his position at right back.
Jamilu Mohammed will continue in his role as the defensive midfielder of the team where he will be complemented by the duo of Tom Dele-Bashiru and Nnamdi Ofoborh, with the latter playing very close to the Kano Pillars prospect.
Kingsley Michael however holds the key to the formation with his position on the right side of attack more like a midfield role behind the duo of Effiom Maxwell and Henry Offia.
The Bologna teen midfielder who spent the season on loan to promotion chasing Serie B side Perugia will operate in a free role behind the front two and will be required to take up position in the opponent’s goal when the team attack.
