As many as five players who represented Nigeria at the U20 Africa Cup of Nations won’t be part of the team for the World Youth Championship in Poland, Owngoalnigeria.com understands.

Coach Paul Aigbogun will lead the players to Germany for a training camp before the tournament, where he will decide on the final 22 players that will be going to the World Youth Championship.

However some players won’t be part of the squad from what Owngoalnigeria.com gathered with Kano Pillars Alhassan Ibrahim who has been with the team since they resumed over a year ago the biggest casualty.

IK Start of Norway Hafeez Aremu is also included same as Aliyu Ibrahim popularly known as Aliyu Bravo and also top striker at the U20 AFCON Nazifi Yahaya of SonderjyskE of Denmark.
