PSL TEAMS CHASING IFEANYI MATTHEW

No fewer than three teams playing in the South Africa premier league are keen on Nigeria B team midfielder Ifeanyi Matthew who currently plays for El-Kanemi Warriors of Maiduguri.

Matthew has emerged as one of the bright spark of the Nigeria team with the former Nigeria under-20 midfielder particularly impressive in the 1-0 win over Cote d’ivoire in a pre CHAN friendly.

In the game against the Ivory Coast he scored Nigeria and the game’s lone goal and Kaizer Chiefs,Mamelodi Sundowns,Supersport FC and Orlando Pirates are all queuing up to sign the 19 year old.

Nigeria are presently camped in South Africa but they will leave the rainbow nation by tommorow via Air Rwanda for Kigali where they are expected to start the quest towards winning their first CHAN title.
