The much talked about ‘Oyibo Wall’ central defence partnership of William Troost-Ekong and Leon Balogun has dominated discussions regarding Nigeria’s successful World Cup 2018 Qualifiers.
Ekong and Balogun struck a perfect understanding in the heart of the Super Eagles defence and many believed their partnership played a huge role in helping Nigeria qualify for the World Cup in Russia.
They are back in camp now preparing for the World Cup and from all indication their partnership which has earned them praises from ex defence marshals of the senior national team of Nigeria will be on display when the World Cup begins.
