Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal that on loan Liverpool forward Taiwo Awoniyi is courting interest from Belgium league giants Anderlecht after his impressive displays for fellow Belgian side Mouscron.
Awoniyi is Mouscron’s top scorer with ten goals in all competitions, and his form which has already earned him fresh terms at his parent club Liverpool has led to interest in his services from top clubs especially clubs in Belgium.
Liverpool are opened to the idea of the 20 year old heading out on another loan spell next season, but they would prefer him to join a club campaigning in the UEFA Champions League or even the Europa League.
Anderlecht have already made enquiries on having him on loan next season with fellow Belgian side Club Brugge also pushing to loan him next season, as he will likely prefer to remain in Belgium to continue his career growth.
