Nigeria international forward Brown Ideye has formally left Chinese side Tianjin Teda for Spanish LaLiga side Malaga on a six months loan deal, which will expire at the end of the season in Spain.
Ideye left China for Spain yesterday per a post on his instagram account, and a medical with Malaga is scheduled to take place today before the potential official announcement of his signing.
29 year old Ideye lost his first team spot at Tianjin Teda and he was demoted to the B team of the club, following the signing of Ghanaian winger Frank Acheampong.
The 12 million Euros signing from Olympiakos in Greece was close to joining Alaves, but the move broke down on transfer deadline day during the summer transfer window due to issues bothering on the terms of his transfer.
