The goal scoring run of players of the Super Eagles of Nigeria over the weekend for their respective European league sides continued on Monday with the duo of Anthony Nwakaeme and Ogehenekaro Etebo Joining in on the act.
Over the weekend, the likes of Moses Simon, Taiwo Awoniyi, Kenneth Omeruo, Emem Eduok, Obafemi Martins and Uche Agbo all found the back of the net for their respective teams.
Etebo joined the list by netting what ended as a consolation goal for his team CD Feirense in their 1-3 loss to Sporting Braga, and the goal was his third league goal of the season.
Nwakaeme who made his senior national team debut for Nigeria in their final World Cup 2018 Qualifiers tie in Constantine against Algeria was also on target for Hapoel Be’er Sheva in their 2-2 draw against Beitar Jerusalem.

The goal took his goal count for the season to four in nine League games in Israel this season, same league where he was voted player of the season last time out after scoring 24 goals for Hapoel Be’er Sheva.
