Super Eagles forward Ahmed Musa fail to make use of the game time he was offered by the U23s of Leicester City in their 0-0 draw against Sunderland in a Premier League 2 game.
Musa was on from start to finish as Claude Puel who took over from sacked Craig Shakespeare wanted to run the rule on the 24 years old, hence his presence in the stands during the game.
The Nigerian started brightly and caused the defence of Sunderland all manners of trouble, but he later just like the rest of his teammates ran out of stem, particularly few minutes to the end.
Still searching for his first Premier League game of the season, Musa who is open to a move away from the King Power Stadium in search of regular football didn’t do enough to convince Puel to give him a chance with the first team.
