If scoops gathered by Owngoalnigeria.com from the training session of the Super Eagles is anything to go by coach Gernot Rohr appears to have made up his mind to play only one of his favourite central defence pair of William Troost-Ekong and Leon Balogun.
The coach played the duo apart in today’s session witnessed by Owngoalnigeria.com with Balogun lining up alongside Chidozie Awaziem while Ekong paired with Kenneth Omeruo.
From all indications one among Ekong and Balogun will be rested by the coach for either Omeruo or Awaziem base on how they both fare in tomorrow’s final training session.
