Kenneth Omeruo has been handed a late Eagles call-up following injuries to key players which has caused some players to pull out of the squad for upcoming games against Algeria and Argentina.
Omeruo according to a source close to the coach was contacted last night and told to report to the camp of the team in Morocco ahead of the game against Algeria.
He is also in the team for the friendly against Argentina four days after the World Cup 2018 dead rubber tie against Algeria, with Nigeria already through to the World Cup.
” He (Omeruo) will join us in Morocco by Wednesday. Coach (Rohr) contacted him yesterday due to the Injuries to several players and the need for us to do a good job against Algeria and Argentina “, he told Owngoalnigeria.com.
