Coach of French Ligue 1 side Nantes has backed Chidozie Awaziem to bounce back from the red card he received yesterday in their 1-0 win away to Troyes.
Awaziem was sent off in the 37th minutes for a rash tackle, but his absence wasn’t felt that much by Nantes as they scored late on to claim their first win of the three games old Ligue 1.
Ranieri refused to criticise the referee as well even the though the sending off looked a bit harsh, rather he backed the 20 year old to bounce back from the setback in a big way.
” Awaziem has big talent but he is only 20 hence can make mistakes, and the red card is one of the setback he will encounter on his way to fulfilling his potential”, the coach said.
