The long drawn out saga of Kelechi Iheanacho proposed transfer from Manchester City to Leicester City will end today, a representative of his agency has told Owngoalnigeria.com.
Iheanacho’s move has been held up due to image right issues between two agents First Eleven Management and Stellar Players Management agency. A court in Manchester however ruled in favour of First Eleven.
However both parties have reached an out of court settlement after Iheanacho agreed to pay a huge sum as compensation to First Eleven , and the move will now be made official later in the day.
Already a deal in the region of £29m including add-ons has been agreed between Leicester City and Manchester City for his transfer , with manager Pep Guardiola confirming a deal has been reached between both clubs , but issues which he failed to mention was holding up the deal.
A buy back clause was also factored in the deal with City having the first option of resigning him during his four year stay with Leicester City , which will become official in a couple of hours.
