Reports linking Ahmed Musa with a move to English Championship side Hull City has been explained by a source close to the 24 years old, who is still battling for his future at Leicester City.
Musa has been linked with a move to the team who were relegated from the English Premier League last season after failing to settle down following his big money move from CSKA Moscow of Russia last summer.
While a move away is on the cards, a source close to the player revealed the links with Championship side Hull City are wide off the marks, and also revealed why the rumours started.
” You know the man who signed him at CSKA Moscow in 2012 Leonid Slutsky is now the coach of Hull City. It’s natural for him to be linked with a move to the team”, he told Owngoalnigeria.com.
” For now he is at Leicester City and putting in his best ahead of the next season. A decision on his future is not imminent as he hasn’t been told he is not wanted contrary to speculations “.
