Former Golden boy of Nigerian football Lukman Haruna who is currently on trial with French Ligue 1 side Lens scored the winner in their 1-0 pre season win over Quevilly – Rouen.

Haruna started trials with the team few days ago, and he did his chances of penning a permanent deal with the club a whole lot of good, when he struck the winner in the 46th minute of their friendly encounter.

Aside the goal, he was very lively and put in a commendable shift particularly impressive because he hasn’t played a lot of football in the last six months since his loan deal with Astana of Kazakhstan ‎was prematurely terminated.

The former Monaco midfielder who represented Nigeria at the 2010 World Cup has lost his way, no thanks to a six months injury lay off, and issues bothering on his attitude and overall discipline on and off the pitch.
