Nigeria B team defender Chris Madaki has dragged Giwa FC to the league management company over their refusal to allow him join Kano Pillars.

The left full back has already agreed personal terms with the Kano based team but Giwa FC are not willing to discuss transfer terms with them insisting Madaki is not for sale.

Madaki refused to resume training with Giwa FC after sitting on the bench all through Nigeria ill fated campaign at CHAN 2016 insisting on a move away.

Kano Pillars we gathered are still pushing Giwa FC to do business but the Jos based side are sticking to their guns and if they are to let Madaki go it will be on loan.

However the idea of a loan deal does not suit the Kano based team as they try to curb losses incurred in the past where they made nothing from players that joined them on loan when they are transferred to bigger teams.

The LMC is expected to rule on the case before the close of the first transfer window and player registration in March.
