Former Nigeria U-23 prospect Iyayi Atiemwen Believe has joined second division Turkish side Sanliufaspor on a loan deal till the end of the season.
He joined the team during last summer transfer window from relegated third division side Kayserispora, but he has been unable to command a regular shirt at the team that also has Godfrey Obaboana on it’s book.
20 year old Atiemwien made just four appearances for Rizespor in the league with a goal to his name, but he fared better in the Cup games as he has been ever present for his side in the four games they have played.
Atiemwien Believe played for the Nigeria U-23s in their shock 1-0 win over Rio 2016 host Brazil in a friendly game in Rio de Janeiro before the Olympics, but he failed to make the cut to the games proper.
