Italian giants AC Milan have stolen a march on every other team interested in signing red hot Genk Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu.
Onuachu has scored 28 goals this season in all competitions from 33 games and he celebrated his return to the squad of the senior national team of Nigeria with back to back goals against Benin Republic and Sierra Leone respectively.
His form hasn’t gone unnoticed by top teams in Europe and after a failed move to Ligue 1 side Lyon in January, the summer was seen as a more realistic chance of getting a transfer.
Genk are opened to letting the 26 year old leave in the summer and a few of around €15 million minus ads ons will be sufficient to land the forward and early favourite for his signing is AC Milan.
