A cross section of the fans of the national team of Seychelles believe their team will triumph against the senior national team of Nigeria when both teams clash on Saturday in a 2019 African Cup of Nations Qualifiers.
Majority of the fans who spoke with Owngoalnigeria.com admit the superiority of the Nigerian team but still feel they can cause an upset as Nigeria are without the influential duo of John Obi Mikel and Victor Moses.
The duo were missing when Nigeria played their first game of the qualifiers which they lost 0-2 at home to South Africa and the fans of Seychelles are hoping their team will be able to match same feat recorded by the Bafana Bafana.
Joel James who is covering the game for Owngoalnigeria.com in Seychelles revealed that the absence of Alex Iwobi further fueled their confidence of picking a win against Nigeria although most of them say a draw will feel like a win for them.
