Former Enyimba coach Paul Aigbogun is in line for a return back to South Africa as two clubs in the Premier South African League ( PSL) have made contact with Aigbogun, who also doubles as coach of the Nigeria U20 team.
Aigbogun left his job as coach of CAF Confederation Cup campaigners Enyimba FC last month leaving him with just the job of the coach of the Nigeria U20 team, who are in Lagos preparing for their second leg tie against Mauritania in the final rounds of qualifiers for the African Youth Championship.
Two unnamed PSL teams are hoping they will be able to convince the UK trained coach, who also coached in the United States of America (USA) to return back to South Africa where he once handled FC Cape Town.
Owngoalnigeria.com exclusively gathered from sources in South Africa that the coach has shown interest in the job but will prefer that talks should be suspended for now until the U20s game against Mauritania on Saturday.
