Suspension Rules Flying Eagles Duo Out Of Return Leg Clash Against Mauritania

The Nigeria U20 team are going to miss the service of two players who featured in the first leg of their African Youth Championship Qualifiers tie against Mauritania in the reverse tie which will take place on Saturday in Lagos.

Flying Eagles were forced to a 1-1 draw by the home side meaning a goal less draw will be enough to see them progress to the 2019 African Youth Championship tournament, an upgrade for the team after missing out on the last edition.

However coach Paul Aigbogun will have to prosecute the game without two players in striker Jesse Akila and defender Jamil Muhammed who were booked in the away fixture.

Already coach Paul Aigbogun has called up replacement for the duo ahead of the clash on Saturday. Defender Mike Zaruma is also back in the squad after missing the first leg through injury.
