As first reported by Owngoalnigeria.com, the Super Eagles of Nigeria are lined up in a 4-2-3-1 formation for today’s friendly game against Congo DR in Port Hacourt.
The squad named by coach Gernot Rohr has four defenders in Tyronne Ebuehi, Leon Balogun, William Troost-Ekong and Elderson Echiejile as back four in front of goalkeeper Francis Odinaka Uzoho.
Joel Obi and Ogenyi Onazi will play the role of the two midfielders in the middle with Kelechi Iheanacho playing in front of them just behind the main striker for today’s game Simy Nwankwo of Italian Serie A side Crotone.
NPFL top scorer Junior Lokosa as earlier reported by Owngoalnigeria.com is played wide on the right while Oghenekaro Etebo will play on the left of the attack of the Nigerian team.
