The progress of 20 year old Nigerian right full back Rueben Yem at Slovakian side Inter Bratislava will no doubt delight his parent owners Gent of Belgium.
Yem joined the Belgian side two seasons ago from the famous Jos based academy GBS alongside Anthony Ikedi who was loaned out to FK Haugesund of Norway upon his signing.
Gent kept Yem with their youth team before deciding to send him on loan in March to second division Slovakian side Inter Bratislava, who are presently 6th on the log.
Since joining Inter Bratislava, Yem has played six games out of a possible nine games at the club where he is teammates to four other Nigerians, and his performance has earned him praises from the technical crew of the team.

The other Nigerians at the club are Victor Olatunji, Usman Isa Adekunle who is on loan from AS Trencin and presently has five goals, one less than the top scorer of the club. Wisdom Kanu and Stanley Oganbor completes the list of Nigerian players at the club.
