Leicester City Nigerian midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has revealed that as a team they are still trying to adapt to the ideas and philosophy of the new coach of the team Claude Puel.

Since the appointment of Puel who took over from caretaker coach Michael Appleton who stood in following the sack of Craig Shakespeare, Leicester City have picked up four points from their last two games.

Ndidi who has been ever present in the line up of the new manager gave his views on how the players are adapting to the methods of the coach following their 2-1 win over Stoke City over the weekend.

Speaking to the official TV of Leicester City LCFC TV, the Nigerian also said they would have won by a wider margin, if they had converted the chances that came their way.

“We’re just trying to go with the momentum. We’ll always try to do our best in the next game. From the first day, he (Puel) has been trying to implement his ideas and philosophy, so we’re just trying to get used to it.” Ndidi was quoted as saying by the website of Leicester City.
