Super Eagles Belgian-Nigerian hopeful Cyriel Dessers fired Dutch side Utrecht into the next round of the Dutch Cup with a brace in their 6-0 thrashing over Ajax Amateurs.
22 year old Dessers who has three league goals from five games proved to be too much for the Amateurs of Dutch side Ajax to handle in the opening 23 minutes.
His brace scored in the 8th and 23rd minutes gave Utrecht a comfortable 2-0 lead before further goals saw them end the half 6 goals up, same scoreline the game ended after regulation time.
The forward who is eligible for Belgium and Nigeria at senior level has voiced out his preference to represent Nigeria at senior level, and contact has already been made with the coach of the senior national team of Nigeria Gernot Rohr.
