Out of favour Super Eagles defender Godfrey Obaboana is no longer a player of Saudi Arabia top league side Al-Ahli following the termination of his contract by the team.
Obaboana moved to the club last month as a free agent from relegated Turkish side Caykur Rizespor, where he has been since 2013 when he starred for Nigeria at the African Cup of Nations which Nigeria won.
No reason has been given by the club on why the contract of the former Sunshine Stars defender was terminated just three weeks after he resumed for training with the team.
