A representative of the agency representing hot in demand KAS Eupen forward Henry Onyekuru has explained why French Ligue 1 side Nice are in for the striker who is rumored to be closing in on a move to Arsenal.
Arsenal have reported agreed a fee of around 6.8 million pounds for the 19 year old who scored 24 goals in his debut season in the Belgium top flight, but it appears talks have stalled due to other issues.
Nice have reportedly matched Arsenal’s offer and are currently tempting him with their ability to provide Champions League football, something Arsenal can’t afford next season.
” Nice met with us during the Super Eagles camp in France. A representative of the club is in Belgium as we speak now holding talks with Eupen. We are waiting to hear from them”, he told Owngoalnigeria.com.
