English Premier League giants Liverpool have sounded out David Emmanuel, who is set to try out with La-Liga side Granada and Serie A team Udinese later in the year.
Emmanuel caught the attention of Liverpool scout, who our correspondent simply referred to as Emeka during a three day tournament in Abuja witnessed by him.
As it was few months ago in same Abuja, Emmanuel was about the best player on the pitch in the three days event, which lead to talks about arranging a short trial for him by Liverpool.
The yet to be 16 year old was a part of the Nigeria U-17 team that failed to qualify for the Africa Youth Championship, but he missed their games due to a knock picked up in training.
