Super Eagles and Monaco left full back Elderson Echiejile has joined Spanish side Sporting Gijon on loan for the remainder of the season.
Owngoalnigeria.com has speculated few days ago, that the defender who was recalled from Belgian side Standard Liege few weeks ago was set to be sent out on another loan.
It has now been confirmed that there’s still no room for the 28 year old in coach Leonardo Jardim plans, which has lead to his been sent out on loan again.
He has been at Monaco since 2014, when he joined them from Portuguese side Sporting Braga where he spent four years.
