Nassarawa United midfileder Thomas Zenke believe they are capable of beating Generation Foot of Senegal in Dakar after ending Kano Pillars 12 year invincibility at home last season.
The Lafia based team secured a 2-1 win over Kano Pillars becoming the first team to beat Pillars at home since Julius Berger in 2004 after 202 games and Zenke believe that victory can propel them to beat Generation Foot in Senegal.
Zenke who featured in their slim 2-1 win at home over the second division Senegalese team in the CAF Confederation Cup first round tie says victory in Senegal is their target.
“We defeated Kano Pillars in Kano so we can win in Senegal, we just have to believe in ourselves and play like we did against Kano Pillars last season” He told Owngoalnigeria.com.

The return leg tie will take place in 10 days time in Senegal and Zenke is urging their fans not to panic as they believe they can beat Generation Foot right at their backyard.
“I understand the fear in the mind of our fans but we are the same team that ended Kano Pillars 12 year unbeaten record at home we can do it Senegal, yes we can”.
